F1 Student Tax returns, will get all of it?

I am an international student on F1 VISA. I had worked last year and heard that people like me get almost all of their tax in refunds. Is it true?

Thanks
AJ

AJ:

Refund amounts depend on the amount of income earned, how much was withheld, which country the F-1 visa holder is from, whether they can claim wife and children as dependents (that is specific to the home country) and several other variables.

Do not focus on whether you ahve been treated fairly or not, because, more than likely, you have NOT been treated fairly. There is NOTHING FAIR ABOUT TAX LAWS!

Just remember that it IS the law, and you dsobey at your own risk!

I am not even trying to disobey law. Was just curious to know that.
