My questions are pretty much in line with others here...
Working for Employer A since Feb 1 2005,
Feb1 - Oct 15 (2005) on OPT
Oct 16 - Present on H1B
My employer kept withhelding the SSN and Medicare taxes inspite of continous requests. Now he wants me to figure it out myself.
So, Firstly I need to know a way of getting the SSN and Medicare.
Secondly, want to know how to claim my dual status on OPT/H1B in my taxes,
