F-1 to CPT to OPT- two W-2'S & 1099 MISC

Hi

*Indian Citizen

I am on F-1 and got CPT in Summer 2005 (May05-AUG05) and am on OPT since OCT05. I have a W-2 from school from Jan 05 to May 05, a 1099-MISC from May 05 - Aug 05(my internship/CPT) and another W-2 for the rest of 2005 from my employer(OPT).

I am trying to figure out the forms that I would need to use.

Correct me and help me on this guys.

Form 8843

IL-1040 (State Tax)

1040 NR-EZ

1040 NR (For 1099 Misc)

My income is

$3442 - w2 (From School)
$2600 - 1099-MISC (#7-Non-Employee Compensation) (Nothing deducted)
$7560 - W-2 (From current employer)

Thanks
Kalyan

Kalyan:

All of your forms are correct except for the Form 1040NR-EZ. If you file Form 1040NR, you put both the Form 1099 and both W-2s on the Form 1040NR. you will also need a Schedule C to document the income from Form 1099-MISC.

NO Form 1040NR-EZ is needed!
