Expense deductions without receipts for Federal

Hello

Is it possible to take deductions for certain expenses on estimation basis without receipts, such as Gas 2/gal 50 per month, goodwill donations, etc. If so what other deductions and what are the limits, without receipts?

Thanks & Regards,
Vanitha Jayaseelan
