OHIO taxes. need answers by Tuesday

this past year from 05-06 i had 2 jobs. one was full time and the other was part time. for part time i worked at auntie annes pretzels.... well yesterday i go to file my taxes and come to find out they did not take out any federal tax this past year! arent they supposed to notify me regarding that? i have no idea what to do because now i owe a ton of money ! HELP!!!
