Apply for ITIN

I applied for ITIN for my kid last year, but it was rejected because of substantical presence. This year I will apply again for her. Do I need to submit all the supporting documents again, like certified passport, etc? Thanks

Yes; all of the forms previously submitted must be submitted again.
