Studying Nursing in the US

Hi,

I just cam eacroos this site while looking around the web RE: Studying Abroad,
If anyone has any info on my questions would appreciate it -

I am wondering about studying in the US, I have an interest in Nursing and was wondering would this be possible as an Irish Citizen??

I think that you can apply as an international student to any school with a nursing degree program. Before you come though you need to apply for a student visa.

I'm not sure if the degree obtained in the US is transferable to a hospital setting in Ireland though.

If you find a school they have international student offices that can answer all your questions if you give them a call.
