pbs appendix- 8 maintenance funds

i have a question that if someone has 3 years course and paid one years course fees 3200 and his total fees is 9600 pounds. visa letter shows outstanding course fee 6400 pounds. what should he show in question

6.19 do you have any fees and maintenance outstanding?

If he cross x yes the what should he write in

course fees======================????

maintenance====================== 7200

total==========================
