m i eligible for MS from USA

hi,i completed MCA (post graduation).it is a 3 year regular course after graduation.my graduation was a distance learning program and it was not a regular degree course.
am i eligible for MS from USA.

is it mandatory to have 16 years of regular education or mere 16 years of education is required?can my graduation prevent me from taking admission in USA?
