F1 visa

hello,

i completed my b.pharmacy in 2009 with 73% and i have given IELTS with 6.5 band,and haven't given either TOEFL or GRE. Right now i applied for masters in pharmacy administration at Philadelphia(US) which accepts students with either IELTS or TOEFL scores.

And now do the US embassy will let me in with IELTS or else i have to take TOEFL and GRE i.e do i get F1 visa without GRE and TOEFL..???!!!!????

Plzz kindly find my MSG and reply me soon as im gonna for spring 2010.
