chartered accountant study in USA

Hi,
My name is Mahesh and i work here on H1B. So my question is about my brothers education in USA. Presently he is pursuing CA course in India and he wanted to pursue his Masters/CPA in USA. Can you please tell me what would be the process to pursue charted accountant studies in USA? How to apply for it? What would be the course fees and duration?

The USA does not have a Chartered Acccountant. Their equivalent is the Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

How can we pursue that? Do we need to write any GRE/TOEFL exams? What universities should we apply for?
