How to open "INSTAL.LOG file " ?

I have three programs that are causing problems on my computer. I cannot remove them because the computer cannot open the "INSTAL.LOG file" How can I open this file ?

instal.log is a file that windows usually creates when installing apps. so the add/remove know how to uninstall. 1st, check each programs folder and see if it comes with its own uninstaller (a lot do)

what programs are you trying to remove?
