Trojan virus

hey there...well i have been reading up on alot of the posts that are on here and I have tried a few of them and still nothing....my computer would not let me get on the internet explorer.. the page wont even load up..so i also ran the scan with mcafee..and it said it detected a trojan...the detection name is Boaxx.dll and the file is c:\Windows\system32\actxprx.dll dont know if this helps but the process came up c:\Programfiles\internetexplorer\iexplore.exe...an yone please help..........

If McAfee has detected it why not use it to remove it as well.
