Removing webroot and XP from my computer

I have a difficult time to uninstall both Webroot and XP operating system from my computer. I have a new Vista that I just bought last four days, but it tell me that I have to remove/uninstall XP from my computer. I tries sevaral times to remove them, but I wouldn't work. Pleae help!

Is the Vista an upgrade ? Firstly if you just did this take it back and get Windows 7, it will format the drive for you, just make sure to get all important data off first.

I agree I would get 7 instead. But you need to do a FULL install, not an upgrade.
