MSN Trojan

I was on msn recently and recieved a link is this ur pic, i clicked it nothing happened. But since then i have been geting trojans after trojans. I have AVG, spybot, stopzilla and spyware doctor. Running all at the moment. Everytime they bring up a virus i delete it or heal it or remove it watever. Computer runs fine until i start it up again i keep geting popups saying allow or or deny registry change something or other. I deny it every time. Then Stopzilla will find a virus and kill it. And another popup comes up saying allow or deny registry change something else. Also while stopzilla is runing for bout 1hr there is 5 or 6 boxes up the side of desktop that keeps saying denied denied denied.... for the entire scan. Is what I am doing right?? is this stoping the virus from atacking and why is it taking so long to get rid of them? Can any1 help me???
