Internet Explorer Home Page hijacked by malware

I Cannot change my Home page in Internet explorer. It is displaying some indecent pictures of nude women and this is making the internet unusable by my 3 daughters. It is a hijack by some malware/virus but I am not sure how to get rid of it. Is there any free software I can download and use to clean-up?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Heehsafra.

Thank you for your pointing me in the riht direction. I will give it a go. But isn't it assumed (After the storm...) that those steps are to be taken once the cleanup process has taken place? I have not actively got rid of the virus if there was one. All I have done is I stopped using IE and started using Mozilla Firefox instead.

You still need to download and implement the Malwarebytes tool. Then we'll see.

Switching to FireFox was a brilliant step. Life for you got a LOT easier.

Then, if your system is behaving itself right now, go ahead and go through the "inoculation" steps outlined in After the Storm. You may be fine.
