my internal clock keeps on changing to 10/10/2010 10:00am

Hi,

I've recently upgraded my proscessor to an intel core duo. Since doing this my internal clock keeps on changing to 10/10/2010 10:00am. I've tried resetting it. Everyday i switch on it is back to the above. Is this a virus?

Help!!
