hey all my firewall has pick up sumthin which it thinks is a Trojan (sp?) the folder it is in is called Video ActiveX Access, i have tried to delet the contents of this folder but it says access denied, make sure it is not protected blah all dat stuff... so how do i go about deleting it?

i recently uninstalled IE and got firefox, coz IE was givin me troubles wit spyware could this have came from IE coz it appeared around same tym the spyware troubles all began.

any helpful tips will b good i have installed anti spyware program and it has cleaned out alot of stuff bit neither of my virus or spyware programs have got rid of it.
