The solution to all your problems.

Seriously, you can type each of those process names into google and get a nice little paragraph about whether they are bad or not. Try that and come back.

Disk Cleanup

Hi,
Have you tried using your Disk Cleanup yet?
If you haven't, I suggest using it first.
Then, if all works well, and faster; check on the Spyware stuff later.
Best wishes,
fredg

Download the CWShredder to emobve CoolWebSearch: http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract..._download.html
Click on "Download the stand-alone version of CWShredder".

Good luck, that's a particularly nasty piece of adware.

Most likely due to the System Restore function I'm guessing. Check here to turn it off and on: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...rc=sec_doc_nam
Run the shredder program while the service is off.

Edit: I'm assuming that you have already tried deleting those files.

cw shredder

Hil,
The CWShredder, as suggested will take care of it; providing:
1. Turn off the System Restore, as already suggested.
2. Then, run the CWShredder in Safe Mode.
Best of luck,
fredg
