Get a good anti-virus program, make sure it's updated, run it in safe Mode.

I actually read about this one this afternoon...

It's a rapidly spreading worm
Storm Worm's virulence may change tactics - Network World

Most likely a biproduct of the Storm Worm

"Known as Friends Greeting or worm_friendgrt.B", according to PC World

PC World - Friendly Greeting Hides Worm has instructions on removal, but I don't know if that will help...seems to me that a worm wouldn't uninstall that easily.

I do agree with NeedKarma. A good antivirus with updates, run a full system scan in safe mode, should take care of it. If you don't have an antivirus, I'd reccomend AVG, by Grisoft. It's free.

Retsoksirhc, I miss named it as Virus, Have done virus scans, bots, different things, none worked. Thinking root or registry problem. Not A Computer Expert. Will check those Links.
Thanks, Take Care
