Quad injury

My quad muscle is serverly starined. What is the fastest way to heal this type of injury? I can barley walk right now and I have a baseball tournament in 10 days. I can deal with the pain but my thigh is so weak I would fall down if I apply and real weight to the leg.

if u really want to heal as fast as possible see a therapist. If u can barely walk, that means u really tore a lot tissue. For now keep as much wieght off ur leg as possible.

Nutrition is also a huge factor. Eat healthy, drink lots of liquids, lots of protein to build back some of the torn tissue. Carbs are also big to help out those proteins
