I've got a question about ACL recovery, although it might be a better question for nutrition. Anyhow, I'm getting ACL surgery sometime in March and I know it's not a good idea to go on a juice fast before surgery, but is it safe to do it while still in recovery...I was thinking about three weeks to a month after the surgery? Thanks.
