As long as your dog is happy with the ghost dog I don't see it being a problem
Dogs do sense harm.
I don't get the feeling the dog is a bad sign. I think he just happened to be a black dog.
It doesn't matter if there were previous owners. People have torn down haunted houses and
rebuilt and still have the ghosts.

I feel afraid for you if this dog is visiting you ,because I believe the black dogs(which are not real dogs) is the devil in dog form.

Please ask it to leave and tell your parents/adults to help you get rid of it.

If you are not able to make it leave then do let me know and I will tell you what we do.

well it has never tried to harm me and it started following me when i was in elementary before we moved to our new house i would have to walk to the school and i would always take a short cut through the alley and thats when i first saw it ever

ive told it to leave when i was 6 but it just came back then it started to come to my house
sometimes i will pass a room that has the door open in the hallway and out of the corner of my eye i see it i will as quickly as i can turn and look back and nothing is there

i hear barking to and the only dogs we have on our street is mine duke , a pomeranion, and a akita, and a mix

ordinaryguy agrees: Yeah, sounds more like a guardian angel to me. Why assume the worst?
N0help4u agrees: I'd like to know too. If it was harmful they would sense it.

We believe that jinn/ghosts take the form of black dogs or even snakes.
We are even advised in our religion, if we ever find a snake inside the house, to first ask it to leave in the name of the Almighty.

If it leaves, we should not harm it(because there are some jinns who take the form of snakes ),but if it does not we are allowed to kill it.

Devil is also from among the jinn and we cannot know if a jinn is a good or bad one because they are normally invisible.

Sounds to me like a spiritual guide. My friend has a cat that follows her around all the time. It means no harm, it's just a friend and a protector. As long as it's not bothering you, I'd let it be.

There are two hypothesis: a) a mind trick; b) an extra perception of some kind, not necessary of a ghost. You should think about the option “b” only after assuring yourself you’re not under “a”, and “a”, also, can be many things, including stress, trauma, schizophrenia, and so on. Who’s the best person to tell you? Yourself, carefully and impartially observing the phenomena.

But, lets say it’s an extra-perception, as it seems to be, ok? Here we have two hypothesis too: a) an autonomous phenomena, usually meaning the presence of an autonomous intelligence; b) an induced extra-perception phenomena, i.e., you are really perceiving the phenomena, but also provoking it as a, may be, mental projection densified over astral material.

If it is an autonomous intelligence, and this kind of concrete contact is rare, believe me, it can be of many kinds, but none seems to be aggressive as you don’t mention to feel attacked in any way. If it is a mental projection you should start immediately mental training, for this is not desirable.

Tell me more so I can continue, if you wish.

PS: Sorry for my poor English, I am not a native speaker.

N0help4u agrees: How about if it is another dimension or shadow dog?

It can really be a dog or any intelligence in a dog form (zoomorphism, by acquiring a dog shape, conscious or unconsciously). If it’s a dog, well what’s bad in that? A dog is a dog, no matter if it’s physically alive or not. I mean, it has a limited emotional energy expression/manipulation range, and can’t do harm. I don’t know exactly what do you mean by “shadow dog”. I suppose it’s a reference to a disturbed entity of some kind, but it seems to me that’s it is not possible to “see” this kind of entity and not “feel” the disturbance, because the astral material is made of it. In the opposite way, it’s like closely seeing a rose and don’t sense the perfume. We have a protective instinct, also, we should not forget. I have many years of practice, and I have never mistaken a disturbed entity with a normal, harmonious or (of course) enlighted one. In astral plane, you should never know what an entity really IS, because shape means nothing, but it’s somehow easy to know in what RANGE it expresses its conscience.
