My mom once told me a saying to say at night before I went to bed to rid my home of evil spirits or protect my children-something along those lines. Having my weirdo dreams again-dreaming about my father-in-law's dead neighbor-she was related by marriage. Feel like she's looking for something-the dream would not go away last night-finally said if your looking for something go talk to your son and daughter-in-law-they cleaned out your house.
What got it all started was one night one of my twins had a nightmare-came in our room-crying. When I opened my eyes, I saw a tall man standing behind her-when I shook my head no he vanished. My husband thinks I'm nuts. I could go into lots more but don't have the time right now.

I myself don't believe in ghosts, but I have done some reading. This might help until someone comes along with something better. It seems that the more frightened you get the more frightening it can be. So the secret is to stay calm. You could say something like, "I'm sorry I can't help you. But I'm sure someone out there can if you want to go on looking. Farewell and good luck." You can then open all the doors and windows and walk through the house saying a little prayer - Bless this house, Lord. Let it be a place of love and kindness. Amen
