attacked by evil spirits

The following events have happaned to me after I broke up with my ex and selfharmed due to the pain which I was goin through due to that as well as family problems.

My first experience which I do not understand is when I was waiting for the train, the time seemed to start moving faster, I also seen small cloulds move fast changing shapes etc. Then I got on the train and on there I felt like I was being pushed out of my body and the hands I was looking at were not mine. I felt aggressive and wanted to leave the train but I had to go home.I started to feel more dragged out of it and it felt like I was inside someone elses body just looking over them. I felt fear and anger and started praying. After I mentioned Jesus's name I felt reliefed and I came back to normal.

I was also going to sleep one night and could not sleep I felt watched, I started sweating and had a constant feeling that someone was around me and things just did not feel right.

Last night after I left the train I had a feeling I was being watched and thought I heard noices in the bushes, I looked away and looked back and I had this white flash only a second flying towards me and screamed once, it felt like I was entered by some kind of spirit, after that I had extreme goosebumpbs and constent tingling going through me. In this moment I have also started praying.

I am believer but sometimes have doubts as to what is going to my family, could you please tell me what was happening and why?
