I know Art Garfunkel sings a song "bright eyes." but there is also a song called "total eclipse of the heart, by bonnie tyler and the words go like, "turn around bright eyes...." i hope that helps.

I think there are a couple of Bright Eyes songs, but I do know that Art Garfunkel recorded one. Not sure if that's the one you're looking for. His "Breakaway" album is one of my favorites (personal involvement) - if you like his music, give this one a listen!
