I heard this song possibly 15 or more years ago, I think it was played as the end credits rolled on some movie. These are the only lyrics I can remember (and not even sure how accurate they are after all this time!)

That's all I (vaguely) recall! It was a woman singing. I've Googled those lines but found nothing.
