Tough Question: NFL Playoff Song

Hey, I've got a tough one. I was watching ABC's coverage of the Tampa Bay- Washington playoff game last Saturday. Right after commercials, the guy was naming sponsor and a song I heard a long time ago was playing.

It was like a smooth guitar solo and towards the end of the clip the guy says real slow and soft, "whooooo, whoooo" (or maybe it was just a guitar effect). I know it's real hard to identify a song without lyrics, but I'm not sure if it has any words.

Did anyone catch the game and recognize the song? Or can anyone figure it out with my simple description.

Thanks!!!
