Need song title

Ok I have this song I need to find. Its your typical Euro=pop dance kinda song. sounds a bit like the Cure, but the singers voive is lower than Rober Smith's

The main chorus is:

'WE ARE LOVERS
WE BELIEVE IN LOVE
WE SAY IT LOUD
WE SAY IT HAPPY STRONG AND PROUD"

he also uses the refrain "stay with me" quite a bit.
