Which song is this? (pop/dance year ~2000)

Okay, so I have tried many many resources now. Numerous forums, loads of buddies and still to no avail. I have remembered a song from the single word 'trash' and it's pronounciation once, however, this one proves to be a little bit harder.

I do not remember any lyrics, nor do I remember the melody. I do not remember who made the song either. I think it was aired at the millenium or maybe 1999, around that at least. It was a girl (pretty sure of that) singing a song, which had a pop/dance feel to it. However, not dance as in modern terms, more like "Rollergirl - Superstar" obviously not that tune. It was a bit faster as well.

I think there's only one way to get this song/music video out from the drawers, and that's if someone has seen the video, cause it has a very distinct event. There's a jester/joker (looks somewhat like this, although human) playing the piano. I believe he was playing the main lead of the song on it.

It think it was popular on MTV (or equal maybe), when Britney was hitting the roofs and Spice Girls were goofing around.

I have a case of beer on the line here, so I really hope someone can help me. Beside the case of beer, it has been nagging me enourmeously that I cannot find the actual song.
