Song I heard years ago

I remember watching this pop/rock/punkish song on much (canadian mtv) when I was 4-ish. It went something like this:

"..and I don't know how far you go...blahblahblahblah blah-blahblah american psycho.."

At that moment the video featured a spiky bleached blonde haired guy singing/screaming and playing and electric guitar while glaring at the camera which was placed at an angle that made one of the guy's eyes look bigger and dominant-y. Like, the classic punk "glaring up defiantly with mouth slightly pursed" camera shot. You know what I mean. >___>;;

Again, I was only 4 when I heard this, so the few lyrics that I remember might not even be right. Was only a foggy memory. =p
