Old song-- I think the name may be "Damn DOT"

When I was in grade school in the mid 80's a friend brought in a tape with a variety of funny songs on it. I remember a lot of onesong but I don't know the singer or even the song name.
Some lyrics of the song go like this:

Oh the DOT you mother Fuc**rs why do you pick on truckers; trying to make a living with............ I got kids to feed and my needs shoes; if I think I'm going to win you make damn sure I lose; go fu** yourself. Damn DOT

Anyway, that's about how the song goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was done by a other guy that sang it also I'm not sure who it is I have it on tape along with other song I can't find Elmer Fudpucker didn't do a very good job with it
