Can anyone help with this song please. It's more of an instrumental but there are some lyrics, spoken rather than sang by a female, and I think these are some of the lyrics....

I cannot find anything through google at all. Do you think the "lyrics" may have just been a voiceover as part of a documentary or something? And the music was just instrumental?

Thanks to both replies, I've tried a few sites for lyrics but no luck, I've actually heard it 2 or 3 times on German radio, they play lots of British and American music, the girl sounds American. If I eventually find out what it is I will let you know.
