Saul Williams is really good I saw him supporting NIN! Perhaps you should give NIN a listen Pretty Hate Machine is a pretty fast album. Although I'm not sure if Williams changed his backing track to fit the audience, so you might not like them.

Hmm, do you like any metal? I always like jogging to metal as it tends to have a good stong regular beat. The old school stuff like Europe and Rainbow are good for working out to as well.

I'm trying to think of any artists like Saul Williams but he is a bit of a one off!

Alright, you want some old school stuff? Or a mix? I'm partial to a mix of everything... here are some of my Cardio songs... (no laughing... )

Tubthumping - Dishwalla
All Star - Smash Mouth
Get Ready for This - (that "Y'all get ready for this" song at hockey games)
My Humps - Black Eyed Peas
My Happy Ending - Avril Lavigne
Walk Like an Egyptian - Bangles
Breakfast at Tiffany's - Deep Blue Something
I Want You to Want Me - Cheap Trick
Are You Gonna Be My Girl - Jet
Mr. Brightside - Killers
Ultimate - Lindsey Lohan
I Don't Need A Man - PCD
Dive - Steven Curtis Chapman
I Want to Know You - Sonic Flood
Yeah - Usher

These are literally labeled as playlist Cardio
