Help Cant figure out name of this song

Ok I have probly heard the song around 10 times normally in like bloopers or funny videos it is a sort of clown circus song. If anyone could please help me out it would be very helpful

dont know any specific songs.

"calliope" refers to the organ instrument often used to play such songs. do a search and you might find some titles.

This is a real long shot. I know one song they use a lot in bloopers is "Wipe Out" by Surfaris. That was the first one that came to mind. Maybe?
