| | | Hat Check Girl Lyrics...Artist name needed. I desperately need to know the name of the artist who sang this song.
I only know one line of the song at the moment and it includes..
"Pretty little hat check Girl from Reno..."
It was an American male singer, possibly late 70's early 80's.
Many, Many Thanks! | | | | | | |

i know this record, only heard it once on the radio,1980, and accidently recorded about one minute of it,which i have since digitised, although of poor quality, the singer from what i can make out is eddie howell, who was more known for his "man from manhattan" single/album, he also worked with freddie mercury and brian may in the early nineties, sorry but that is all i know, cant find much about the record on google, but i can mail you the small clip if you want. |

I have been looking for this song too, for about 15 years and had no luck. Did you find it? |

| I wasn't able to find too much info, though it appears he may have recorded a full sixteen track album, or perhaps more specifically CD, at some time -- generally, these appear to be the only three songs commonly available though:
Man from Manhattan (with members of Queen)
Waiting in the Wings (B-side of "Man from Manhattan")
This Could be You (A seemingly rare track)
Here is a link to some vinyl recordings for sale: http://eil.com/shop/ExtSearch.asp?Di...t=Eddie-Howell
Hope this is of some help. Take care. |
