I need to find this song; only have some of the chorus lyrics..

I'm looking for a song, I don't know the title or the male artist who sings it.
I believe the chorus goes a little like this:
"I would've been, One of the world's notorious, I got winged, by the bing, and this place, is so glorious. I would've been, One of the world's "Up-staging?" I got winged by the bing, And this love's everlasting?"
Sounds like reggae mix with R&B
