I need to find the artist and the name of a song.

Hi, I'm trying to find a name of a song that came out in 1991 or 1992, and it was about a group of friends that would go down to the ocean and would have a party. I remember it the end had something to do with wanting to go back and do it again. It was a hip hop song and I know that the title had to do with the ocean, so I would like to know the name of it and the artist.
