Stressed

When people from other countries visit America, they often report feeling stressed by the large number of choices in everyday life (e.g., the number of career choices, channels on television, and even the number and variety of shampoos).

1. Does the above scenario have a similar effect on your own level of stress?

1a. Explain your answer.

2. Is the above scenario an example of approach-approach conflict, approach-avoidance, or avoidance-avoidance?

2a. Explain your answer?
