writ of Garnishment

Hello

Can I perform a writ of Garnishment for a judgement that was awarded to me for loss of rent. I want to take the writ of Garnishment and take it to the bank where the defendent does her bussiness transaction at. Where can I get the electronic files to complete for this task? In addition, does the defendent bank charge any legal fees when I present them with the writ of garnishment.

Jonni

You will need the exact account number. Then just take your judgement documentation into the bank and ask them to freeze the account.
