Contact the clerk of court from which you obtained your judgment and inquire about the procedure for garnishment in you state; you should be able to get a copy of all necessary forms; also, get the code sections involved in garnishment and read them carefully so you don't have a 'technical' malfunction and get yourself sued.

Hello:

George is right on. You'll be able to find the relevant code sections/rules for collection that are particular to THAT court in the "Rules of Civil Procedure" for the court in xx county. You can probably buy that book in your local college bookstore.

The problem here is the only thing you can garnish are cash assets. Since the judgement was against a business, there is no salary to garnish. To obtain a writ of garnishment you will have to show that the business has an account on the bank to be served.
