Small claims time limit

3 Answers Need help with question? Small claims for Ontario Canada what is the time limit to file before it runs out. The example is last transaction was June 9 2008 with a credit card company denying my charge back from gym and the gym is about the same time for written material. Do I have till june 9 2009 to file? Any help would be great. Thanks Backlash99  |
