I have a Maryland Court Judgement against an individual, I have found where he works, how can I garnish his wages, without incurring in a big cost?

I don't know, but I can tell you how to find out. Certainly, you understand that your requirement that no big cost be involved means that somebody is going to have to do some legwork. That's probably going to be you.

I don't know what the state of Maryland calls it, but a court order must be served upon the payroll department of the debtor. In my state, it's called an execution of judgment.

Go to the courthouse where the judgment was rendered. In that building is the office of a constable, bailiff, or sheriff (again, I don't know what Maryland calls 'em), but these are the folks who serve legal documents for the court, and they can be hired to serve legal documents for you. I suppose you could call them, too.

Ask them what documents they need to get to work. Once you determine what documents THEY need, then YOU may be able to serve them yourself. Or you may not, depending on Maryland law. Those guys (the cops I mentioned above) are only going to charge mileage and small fee. I'd let them do it.

Have the judge sign Writ of Garnishment and mail it to the employer, these can be found on the Maryland web site for the District Court, or the clerk can give you one.
