    How to shift the case from one district to another district?
    I got married in the year 2006.a female child was born in the year 2007.Now due to some misunderstanding my husband has filed case against me in his district.Now I am under the care of my parents along with my child.Now my question is I want to shift the case from his district to my district. Since I have a small child, I could not attend the hearings regularly.if I shift it to my district it will be easy for me attend the hearing.what is the procedure to shift the case?How much we have to spend for shifting?

    We need more information to give you an answer. What kind of action is taking place against you ? What decisions / rulings were made at the time of divorce regarding custody ( if that's what this is about ) and also did you move away from where the original courts heard the case in the first place and is he still there ?
