Received Summons from CA

I received a summons last night at my home from a credit card with Capital One. This credit card was under a LLC and I was named as the card holder. The LLC no longer operates, it did not last a year. I was under the assumption that since the company was dissolved that this debt (1800.00) went with it. I checked my credit and I don't see any negatives on my credit from this debt. I have 29days to respond and I don't know how to do it. Can someone help with CA policy on how to respond to this summon. I don't even understand this summon at all there's no court date or any request. Please help.
