motion to dismiss transverse

i have been sued for a cellular phone bill that is not in my name/fraud/the bill is in my ex-boyfriend's name. at the time i lived in hiram, ga paulding county. also court date I had bedrest due to a delicate procedure amino which gave me bedrest for at least 7 days. What can i do to get motion dismiss improper venue and transverse to stop him from garnishing my wages?

can you advise what i should do?
