made one payment

hi this is crissy again about the law suit i took out in 10/04 and now i recieved one payment of $50.00 because i said i was going to take him back to court and i recieved that in feb 07 since he made that payment i guess i can not take him back to court?

Fr_Chuck Christianity Expert Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Atlanta GA Posts: 26,230	why ??? if they still owe you money, and the 50 dollars did not cover the complete debt, you can of course still sue them for the balance. If they owe you money, and are in default, and they are not paid in full, of course you can sue them for all the money owed.
