Landlord and tenants

Hello, im getting an evction because i missed the month of july now the landlord he chagned me 2475 for the rent i have paid him 1750 for what i owned him now i have 725 to go witch i have, know here my question: should i paid when i go to court or give it to the landlord? My lease is up in feb but i want to move i found a place i can paid fine and he want me out even though i have paid him here my other question: do i get my security desposits even though my lease is into feb 2008? Please help

You "missed" paying July? Like you just didnt pay anything at all? When you paid the 1750 did you get back up to date?

Also did you ask what the 725.00 fee was supposed to cover? If your being evicted for non-payment then yeah you can certainly move into this new place you found.

You missed July but its September now. Have you been current for Aug and Sept?

I have paid my landlord 1750 for the month of july and aug and sep but i still own him 750 with is for the fee's i have the money but i dont know who i want to pay the court or the landlord and also if I paid the landlord can he give me my desopit back

If you have a court date, I would pay it in court.

As to getting the deposit back, as long as you don't owe anything and leave the apartment if pristine condition you should get ther deposit back.

If you want to move before February, you will need the landlord's permission IN WRITING).
