What can I do if I have renters who will not pay thier rent . No rental agreement was signed it was verbal agreement !

You evict them.

If there is no verbal agreement assuming they are on a monthly rent not a weekly rent, they are on a month to month rental. According to the laws of your state, you give them a notice the rent is due, if they don't pay you give them notice to move out and pay rent due.

You go to court house ( or sheriff office) and file for an eviction hearing.

In VA you can file a "Pay or Quit" notice with the courthouse. Gives them legal notice to pay up or get out.
