Judgement Recovery

Hi,
My name is Ranjeevraj Alve.I am a resident of stockbridge,GA.
I recently won a civil judgement against a person and after the judgement the judgement was partially paid.I have been calling the debtor to make some more payments and he is avoiding my calls.I have the fi.fa. issued by the court but there is a possibility that the debtor might have moved from the address that was last known to me.How far can the sheriffs department help me to put a levy on his car to satisfy the judgement if i have the tag no but if i dont have his current address.kindly contact me at 404-449-4082.Awaiting for your reply.
